Make the pie crust first.

Add flour, sugar and salt, and mix well with a food processor.

Add the softened butter and stir together, adding ice water during the process.

After forming into small balls, pour onto a chopping board, knead into a ball, and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.

Roll it out into a large piece, use a mold to cut it out to a suitable size and put it into the mold.

To make the filling, mix all ingredients together.

Mix well.

Pour into pie crust.

Put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
