Breakfast egg pancake
Overview
The first time I uploaded it, I was in a hurry to do it and take pictures. Fortunately, it was successful. I could have made it more delicate for the effect, but the egg pancake was not rounded because I was anxious, but the idea was right. However, I had to go to work in the morning and the time was very tight. Please bear with me if I make do!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut green onions into shreds or small sections, wash lettuce leaves and set aside
-
Cut the sausage in the middle and cut diagonally on both sides to facilitate frying
-
Prepare two slices of bacon
-
Crack two eggs into a bowl and mix thoroughly, then add an appropriate amount of water or milk, an appropriate amount of flour, an appropriate amount of salt, and mix thoroughly. Depending on the consistency of the paste, add water if it is thicker and flour if it is thinner.
-
After the batter is mixed, add chopped green onion and stir properly
-
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, preferably a frying pan. If you don’t have a wok for a pan at home, add bacon and sausage and fry until the surface is slightly brown.
-
Use an oil brush dipped in an appropriate amount of oil to brush the bottom of the pan evenly. Pour in the egg batter you just prepared and spread it out so that it is just flat on the bottom of the pan. It should not be too thick. After the surface is solidified, turn it over and continue to fry for a while. Remove from the pan when both sides are cooked. By analogy, you can fry a few more sheets
-
Brush the egg pancake with some hot sauce according to your personal taste, and wrap it with lettuce, bacon, and sausage
-
The final product, I don’t have any lettuce at home, I just put amaranth leaves in it. In this way, a simple breakfast for two is complete, and it is more nutritious with a glass of milk
