When this saucepan arrived home, I couldn't wait to unpack it, and what I saw was such a beautiful blue color! This color is particularly refreshing in the hot summer, like a wisp of cool breeze blowing slowly ------Thank you again, Meitian and Tianji Company! First time trying it out, what should I do? Let’s make a pot of pork ribs! There are three inner pots, one large, two small, and two small ones. First, use the two small ones to cook the Bamboo Fungus Pork Ribs Cup and the Mung Bean Pork Ribs Cup. You can stew two different soups in one pot to satisfy different tastes, surprise your family, and impress yourself.

Prepare the ingredients

Soak bamboo fungus for 60 minutes, change water several times, wash,

Remove the mesh and roots and slice.

Soak mung beans overnight.

Put the ribs in cold water, blanch them, take them out and rinse them.

Put mung beans in a cup.

Add ginger slices and green onions respectively.

Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine and add 8 minutes full of water.

Fill the electric stew pot with water to the level before placing it in the pot.

Put in the stainless steel backing plate.

Place 2 small saucepans into the inner pot.

Pour water into the water reservoir on the edge of the inner pot.

Gently turn the lid of the inner pot to evenly distribute the water in the sink.

Cover the electric stew pot, plug in the power, and press the quick stew button.
