Cut the flatbread into shreds and set aside.

Wash and slice cucumber, wash and shred cabbage and set aside.

Beat the eggs and fry until cooked. Heat the cucumbers and eggs together and set aside.

Heat oil, simmer green onions in a pan, add shredded pancakes and cabbage, stir-fry over low heat.

Fry until the flatbread shreds are slightly browned, add soy sauce, salt, and stir-fry evenly.

Before serving, add eggs and cucumber, add MSG and stir-fry evenly.
