Chop one large chicken drumstick and one small drumstick into chestnut-sized pieces. 180g of peeled chestnuts. 3 slices of ginger, 3 sections of green onion, 1 garlic sliced, appropriate amount of red pepper.

Place the chicken pieces in a pot of cold water, boil the water for one minute, take them out, and rinse them with hot water.
