Blessings in the Year of the Snake----Cream Painted Cake Roll
Overview
For today’s cake roll, I chose four of the smallest eggs, four with the shell weighing exactly 200 grams, just in time to usher in the Year of the Snake. I would like to send a blessing word to everyone, wishing everyone happiness in the Snake year, family happiness, and all the best.

Steps
-
Separate the eggs and keep the egg white basin clean and free of oil and water
-
Beat the egg whites. Use a whisk to beat the egg whites into fish-eye bubbles. Pour in 50 grams of sugar and a few drops of vinegar. Beat at medium speed
-
Beat until lukewarm foam appears with small curved hooks
-
Add 10 grams of sugar to the egg yolks, add milk, corn oil and a pinch of salt
-
Beat by hand until the sugar is dissolved and smooth and even
-
Sift in the flour and mix well
-
Pick out a small portion in a small bowl
-
Add a small spoonful of red yeast rice powder to a small bowl and mix well
-
Then add a small portion of the beaten meringue and mix well
-
Put into piping bag
-
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the written words under the parchment paper, and place the words facing up
-
Hold a piping bag and draw the word "good luck", preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for 2 minutes to set the shape
-
Pick a portion of the meringue and put it into the egg yolk batter bowl and mix evenly
-
Then pour into the meringue basin
-
Still use the stirring and cutting technique to mix the cake batter evenly
-
Pour the mixed cake batter into the baking pan
-
Smooth it out, shake it a few times and place it in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 28 minutes
-
Start preparing the cream
-
Pour 3 grams of milk powder into the cream
-
Add another 10 grams of sugar
-
It's very simple, just spend two or three minutes
-
Take out the baking pan
-
After taking it out, turn the cake over and tear off the parchment paper while it's hot
-
Let cool slightly, then turn it over with the sides facing up, and spread with butter
-
Roll it up again and let it cool to set
-
It will open in about half an hour to an hour
