I don’t know if you all have the same idea as me. Although there are killed fish sections for sale in the market, I always feel that some merchants will sell the dead fish as good quality, so I buy the whole fish. As usual, the fish head is stewed in soup, which is very popular with my family. The fish tail has many bones and no one likes it. Today I wanted to try a different method, but the result was a disc operation. Nowadays, it is not recommended to eat fried food, but you can have this crispy and fragrant texture once in a while.

  1. First open the fish tail fillets

  2. Cut the fish into long strips

  3. Use a little salt and cooking wine to catch it. This is to remove the fishy smell. Don’t add too much salt, otherwise it will become salted fish
