Mini burger
Overview
The mini burger looks like a prop, but it tastes really delicious. It can be cooked in 4 bites for small friends, and it is suitable for two bites for big friends. The bread is made with salty toast recipe, which tastes better than burgers with white bread

Put all the main ingredients except butter into the bread machine and run the IMIX program for 20 minutes

After the program ends, add butter and run another IMIX program for 20 minutes

After the dough is mixed, run the fermentation program for 60 minutes

After fermentation is completed, take out the ball and deflate it, divide it into 10g pieces, shape into balls and let stand for 15 minutes

Apply a layer of butter to the Xuechu semi-circle mold and sprinkle with white sesame seeds

Put the rested small dough into the mold

Cover with plastic wrap and put in the oven to ferment for 15 minutes (you can ferment at room temperature if the indoor temperature is high)
