【Northeast】Microwave version of claypot rice
Overview
The claypot rice I made today tastes really good except for the rice cooker. It also saves time and effort. It comes with vegetables and rice. The key is not to waste it and find spring for the leftover rice.

Boil water in a pot and blanch the washed cabbage

Place in cold water to cool down, squeeze out the water and set aside

Cantonese style sausage slices

Place the cooked rice into a larger bowl and spread it out

Arrange the sliced sausages and blanched cabbage, leaving a hole in the middle

Crack an egg in the middle

Cover with plastic wrap

Place in the microwave and cook on high heat for 2 and a half minutes

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar into appropriate amount of water and mix well

Pour the prepared juice onto the cooked rice, and a fragrant bowl of claypot rice is ready.
