Soak the pork ribs in water to remove blood and drain, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger juice, pepper, pepper water, salt, a little starch, mix well and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Wash purple glutinous rice and round glutinous rice and soak them for about 4 hours.
