  1. Remove heads from broccoli. Leave only the stem part.

  2. Wash and cut all the ingredients into shreds, blanch them together in a pot, cook the enoki mushrooms for about 3-4 minutes, then add broccoli stems and/or radishes, and you can take them out in half a minute. Then drain in cold water.

  3. Add appropriate amount of salt, sesame oil and other seasonings and mix well.

  4. Sprinkle with coriander and serve.
