Ingredients: Pork belly (shredded), leeks (washed and cut into sections), wild rice (washed and shredded), mung bean sprouts (washed), noodles (blanched and cooled)

Heat the oil in the pan, add the chopped pork belly and stir-fry.

Then, add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

Then, add the washed mung bean sprouts and chopped wild rice and stir-fry until cooked through.
