Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare ingredients - 3-4 kiwi fruits (if it is a large kiwi, one is enough)
-
Pie crust: After the butter melts, add fine sugar and sift in low-gluten flour.
-
Knead the butter and flour together with your hands until smooth.
-
Add water to the flour.
-
After kneading into a smooth dough, set aside for 15 minutes.
-
During this period, let’s start making crispy noodles! Mix together the softened butter, caster sugar, brown sugar, and cake flour.
-
Use your hands to knead all the ingredients evenly into fine, uniform particles.
-
Next, start preparing the fresh cream peach filling: Peel the peach, be careful not to mix the peach with the meat, cut into small dices and set aside. Mix the whipping cream, caster sugar, and cornstarch and mix well with a whisk.
-
After mixing evenly, pour in the egg liquid.
-
Add vanilla extract and mix well.
-
Finally, add the diced peach and stir evenly.
-
Okay~ All the materials are ready~ Let’s start making the whipped cream peach pie~ Use a rolling pin to roll out the pie crust into a thin crust.
-
Place it in a pie plate (there is no pie plate in 27, so put it directly on the baking sheet with tin foil as a pie plate. If it is too troublesome, you can also use an 8-inch cake mold), and press it flat.
-
Use a small fork to prick some small holes in the pie crust to prevent it from puffing up while baking.
-
Pour the whipped cream peach filling into the pie crust.
-
Spread the crispy bits evenly on the top layer.
-
Put the baking sheet into the preheated oven, middle rack, heat up and down, 200°, for about 40 minutes, until the pie filling is completely set.
-
Wait for the pie to cool slightly before taking it out to prevent it from being ruined. Cut into small pieces~ Serve with a cup of hot coffee~ Start enjoying~ Huh~~
-
Crispy pie crust, soft and delicious crumbs, plus soft and bouncy pie filling~ Rich coffee paired with sweet, sour and refreshing peach taste~ It’s awesome!
