Main ingredients: pork filling, white radish.

Add minced onion and ginger, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, pepper, salt, sesame oil and a spoonful of cooking oil to the meat filling and stir to thicken slightly.

Peel the white radish and cut into round slices about 2.5 cm thick

Put the steamer on the fire. After the water boils, add the radish cup stuffed with meat filling and steam over medium heat for 10 minutes.

While steaming the radish, prepare some side dishes: break the broccoli into small florets

Wash and blanch in boiling water, mix with a little MSG salt and sesame oil and set aside.
