Spinach and Pork Liver Porridge
Overview
In infancy, babies are prone to iron deficiency, and pork liver and spinach are both good dietary supplements. This porridge is made for babies who are not yet able to chew. For adults to eat, you can just cut the pork liver into cubes!

Wash the pork liver, put it into a pot of boiling water and cook for two minutes

Take out and wash with cold water

Use a food processor to puree

Add rice and water to the pot and cook over high heat

Blanch spinach

Take it out, squeeze out the water and chop into pieces

When the porridge is cooked until thick, add the pork liver puree and stir while cooking

Add chopped spinach before serving
