First chop the purchased chicken into pieces, then wash it with clean water, blanch it in boiling water, then add oil to the hot pot, add the blanched chicken to the pot and stir-fry it with soy sauce until it is almost dry and slightly colored, add water and cook, add the ingredients (except fresh chili peppers and dried chili peppers) to the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer.
