Put purple sweet potato flour, bread flour, sugar and salt into a clean bowl.

Put everything on the baking sheet. Use chopsticks to dip into the flour and prick the eyes.

Put it into the oven for secondary fermentation, which will be about 1.5 times the size, about 40 minutes.
