Fish head with chopped pepper

I bought the fish head and cooked it twice, half fish head soup and half steamed with chopped pepper!

Clean the fish head, drain the water, put it in a basin, add some cooking wine, salt and white pepper and marinate for about 30 minutes

Place ginger slices and scallion white segments on the bottom of the plate

Place the marinated fish head on the ginger slices and green onion segments

Add appropriate amount of chopped pepper

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil, then put the fish in a pot and steam over high heat for 10 minutes

Time is up

Take out the fish basin and pour the soup inside

Add chopped green onions and steamed fish with soy sauce

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a small pot, pour on the chopped green onions and saute until fragrant
