【Northeast】Cornmeal steamed cake
Overview
The Chinese New Year is over, and it’s time to eat some whole grains to promote digestion. I usually like to eat whole grains, but I don’t like to eat steamed buns with dead noodles. Maybe it’s because I ate too much when I was a child. I hate the steamed buns with eyes when I see them. On the other hand, they are not easy to digest. But the cornmeal steamed cake is much more delicious. The ratio of flour to cornmeal is 3:1. Any more cornmeal will not taste good. In addition, the cornmeal must be scalded with boiling water so that the steamed steamed cake will be soft. Friends who are interested can try it out.
