  1. Choose good quality steak (I bought it online, imported from Australia, good quality and reasonable price). Wash the steak, add seasonings and mix thoroughly, marinate for 20 minutes, then lightly fry both sides with a small amount of oil in a pan and serve;

  2. Dice the onion, peel and cut the potatoes and carrots respectively. Use 2 tablespoons of oil to sauté the diced onion until fragrant, then add the curry powder and stir-fry, then add the carrots, potatoes, and other seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil
