Place minced garlic and rice pepper on top of the bean sprouts. Pour sesame oil into the pot and heat it until it is 70% to 80% hot. Pour it on top of the bean sprouts and stir-fry the pot! Add salt, light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, MSG: sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, and sugar, stir well and serve out😄
