Chili, onion, garlic (I don’t like ginger);

Wash the pork belly;

Chop the peppers and green onions, smash the garlic into flat pieces;

Peel the pork belly and cut into thin slices;

When the oil is hot, stir-fry the onions until fragrant;

Stir-fry the meat quickly;

Stir-fry until the meat turns white and there is no red color at all. Add soy sauce and cooking wine and stir-fry. If the meat is fat, stir-fry for a while before adding soy sauce;

Stir-fry for a while and add chili pepper;

Stir-fry for a few times and add garlic;

Fry until the peppers become soft. If you like them a little stiffer, stir them a few times and then turn off the heat;
