Chocolate Strawberry Cake
Overview
This cake uses only egg whites and a lot of chocolate, and has the texture of a brownie. It happened that strawberries were about to be out of the market, so I quickly bought them and made a chocolate strawberry cake for my bestie. The cake has the mellow aroma of chocolate, coupled with the sweet and sour taste of strawberries, it is very delicious.

Pour into Xuechu 8-inch cake pan and gently shake out air bubbles;

Place in the preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes. Please refer to your own oven for specific time and temperature;

Turn the cake slices upside down and let them cool;

Take a piece of cake, place strawberries around it, squeeze in whipped cream, spread cream in the middle, and sprinkle with diced strawberries. Do each layer in turn;
