Soak Longkou vermicelli in warm water until soft, remove and drain, add a little soy sauce and sesame oil and mix well.

Spread evenly on a plate.

Peel the loofah. It will taste better if it is peeled cleanly.

Use a knife to cut into thick slices at an angle. Cutting into thin slices may cause them to steam.

Lay them all flat on top of the vermicelli as shown in the picture.

Sprinkle the chopped chili sauce on the loofah. It must be chopped chili sauce.

Boil water in a pot and put it on the steamer rack to steam for ten minutes. Finally, pour some sesame oil or heated vegetable oil.
