Ingredients: Bullfrog (washed), minced ginger, Sichuan peppercorns, dried chili pepper (cut)

Place the washed bullfrog on the chopping board and chop into pieces.

Then, put the chopped bullfrog into a pot of water and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Blanch until cooked and remove.

Heat oil in a pan, add Sichuan peppercorns, dried chili peppers and minced ginger into the pot.

Next, add the blanched bullfrog and stir-fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce.
