Fried pork with kelp
Overview
If you like it spicy, you can add more chili. And star anise. It tastes better. Because I was pregnant, I didn’t add too much seasoning. It is good for pregnant women to eat some kelp in moderation.

Prepare pork, kelp, and seasonings.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add onion, ginger, garlic and pepper into the pan.

Add pork belly and stir-fry until fragrant.

Stir-fry the pork belly until it changes color slightly, then add salt, cooking wine and soy sauce.

Add kelp and stir-fry, cover with water and simmer for a few minutes.

Cook until the soup becomes less, turn off the heat, and simmer in the pot for a few minutes without adding it immediately.
