Overview

It’s hard to make lunch for one person. Sometimes I’m too lazy to cook, so I just eat leftovers. If there are really no leftovers, I eat naan or instant noodles. Sometimes my daughter comes back for dinner and I have to make do with it. This time, it was because of my daughter that I made the sausage and egg fried rice like this. If I were at home alone, I wouldn't bother doing this. Egg yolk is rich in lecithin, sterols, lecithin, calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin A, vitamin D and B vitamins.
