  1. Prepare all the ingredients

  12. Put the mold into the preheated oven, set the upper and lower heat to 185 degrees, and bake for 10 minutes. My mold is super small, so it takes less time. In the picture, when baking for 6 or 7 minutes, a high bulge has appeared on the back of the madeleine
