Overview
Scallops are a seasonal delicacy this season. We also call him Baoercai here. It has a sweet taste with a hint of bitterness. So we cook it by stir-frying, and we use lard oil as the base oil. Keep it authentic. It’s Chinese New Year, and vegetarian dishes are very popular.

Wash and slice fresh scallions.
