Have materials ready.

Stir the egg yolks evenly, add flour and red yeast powder.

Mix the egg yolk and red yeast rice flour evenly.

Whisk egg whites into stiff peaks.

Add the beaten egg whites into the batter in three batches, stirring from the bottom up.

Pour the mixed batter into the mold.

Immediately put it into the pot and steam over medium heat for 40 minutes.

Cool the steamed cake and unmold it.

Cut into 8 portions.
