Mix the white rice and brown rice, wash them, drain the water, and set them aside to wait for the potatoes.

Cut the potatoes and carrots into small pieces, separate the red and white meat and cut into thin strips

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add ginger slices, when the oil is hot, add white pork shreds and stir-fry until the oil is released, then add red pork shreds, add some pepper and white wine, stir-fry the meat until it becomes a little mushy, add carrot cubes and stir-fry for a while, then add potato cubes and continue to stir-fry

During the frying process, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and fry until the potatoes and carrots change color, then add water. Do not add more water than the potatoes

Add water and simmer for two minutes. Turn off the heat and let the potatoes dissipate for a while. Then add the white rice. Add the cooled vegetables to the washed rice. The amount of water is the same as when stewing rice. I added a little more water and chose soft rice. The rice is very soft and can be eaten by babies and adults together

Before serving, pour some sesame oil, mix well, sprinkle with black sesame seeds, and it's done.
