Wash and peel the shrimps, removing the heads and tails.

Soak mung bean vermicelli.

Remove the shrimp lines from the shrimp and cut them open along the back with a knife.

Fry half of the prepared garlic in a pan until golden brown and set aside.

Place the prepared shrimps on the soaked mung bean vermicelli.

Sprinkle with minced ginger and golden and silver garlic (raw garlic and fried garlic are combined, commonly known as golden and silver garlic).
