Whole wheat olive oil bread
Overview
Whole-wheat bread refers to bread made from whole-wheat flour that has not removed the outer bran and wheat germ. It is characterized by a slightly brown color and many small grains of wheat bran visible to the naked eye. The texture is rough but has an aroma.
