Overview
There is a well-known pickled side dish in the Chaoshan area of Guangdong - olive greens, which is pickled with local mustard greens, olives, vegetable oil and salt. This kind of olive vegetable can be eaten directly or added as an auxiliary ingredient to stir-fry dishes. It tastes very delicious! My little master likes to eat this dish very much. Instead of using it, I made this minced pork dish and green beans. It is a great dish to go with rice!
