Sauerkraut, Pork and Potato Stew
Overview
Pickled cabbage, pork and stewed potatoes, a childhood memory of stewing vegetables, burning a few dried chili peppers in a brazier, cutting them into pieces and mixing them together, it is so fragrant, I still think of it often, and I can’t find the feeling of burning dried chili peppers!
