There are many people who like to eat pig's trotters. There are different ways to fry, stew and cook them. The pig's trotters that are braised first and then roasted are more tough. The outer skin is slightly crispy and chewy, and the meat under the skin is soft and tender. It is good as a snack or a side dish with wine.

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the pig's trotters into pieces, wash them, add onion, ginger and cooking wine and blanch them in water.

Wash the blanched pig's trotters with warm water to remove any foam on the surface.

Add all the spices to the processed pig's trotters, ginger, green onions, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, white sugar, and water that has covered the pig's trotters.

Boil it in a pressure cooker.

Let the boiled pig's trotters dry to remove the surface moisture.

Brush with cooking oil and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
