Stir-fried shredded pork with radish
Overview
Today I used this fruit and radish to stir-fry shredded pork. It has a crisp and delicious texture, and is not spicy at all. First put a little salt to soften it, which makes it easier to absorb the flavor. When frying, don't fry it for a long time. Just put it in the pot and stir-fry the shredded pork evenly.
