Fuel-saving version: Garlic Spare Ribs
Overview
For pork ribs, my family usually cooks pork ribs with potatoes. But actually, my favorite is fried pork ribs, haha. . . Fried food lovers drift by~~~ However, eating too much fried food is not good. Based on the principle of doing the next best thing, in the past, I chose to stir-fry or braise, and occasionally steam or make soup. . . Now I’m not afraid, haha. When frying pork ribs in an air fryer, you use very little oil and it doesn’t taste burdensome. There is zero oil fume during cooking, so cool~!
