Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Add appropriate amount of salt and a few drops of oil to the white clams, stir and spit out the sand, and leave for 1 hour.

Wash the bok choy.

Cut the larger leaves into two sections.

Slice green onion and ginger.

After the oil in the pot is hot, add the onion and ginger and saute until fragrant.

Add appropriate amount of water.

Add tofu.
-
Shake the white clams a few times and wash them with water.

After the soup boils, add the clams.

Wait until all the cockroaches speak.

Add cabbage.
-
When the cabbage becomes soft, season with salt, pepper, chicken essence and sesame oil.

Serve in soup bowl.
