Fresh soybean sprouts, roots removed, washed and set aside

Cut green garlic, slice garlic, and cut red pepper into rings

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic slices and red pepper rings and saute until fragrant

Add soybean sprouts and stir-fry, cook some rice wine,

Cook some rice wine, stir-fry until the bean sprouts become soft, season, add some light soy sauce, salt and sugar to enhance the freshness

Add green garlic

Stir-fry again, add some chicken essence, drizzle some sesame oil and serve!
