Teriyaki Chicken Legs
Overview
The fresh and tender chicken thigh meat is covered with thick teriyaki sauce and spread on the hot rice. It is extremely delicious when you take a bite. The rice grains are also covered with sweet sauce. What does that taste like?

Wash the chicken legs, remove the bones, and cut into large pieces

Add rice wine and mix well;

Marinate for about 15 minutes;

Before putting into the pot, use kitchen paper or sterilized towel to dry the water;

Put oyster sauce, extremely fresh soy sauce, light soy sauce, and rock sugar into a small bowl, add boiling water, and mix well until the rock sugar has basically melted, and set aside as a sauce;
