  1. Pour in salt, monosodium glutamate, vinegar, chili oil, peppercorn oil, and sesame oil (a few drops will do) and mix thoroughly. Pour it on the kelp silk

  2. Heat the pot and pour in cooking oil, not too much, just a little bit.

  5. Cut the dried chilies into sections and place them on top. Heat the oil and pour it on the dried chilies.

  6. Mix well and enjoy. It will taste better after being refrigerated.
