Rose Lava Cake
Overview
Roses represent romance and love. For this lava cake, I used the shape of a rose. When you dig into the cake, sweet chocolate liquid flows out, as sweet as love. . . This cake is actually quite simple to make, but it is still difficult to make it well. The main thing is to control the temperature and time during the final baking. Materials: Ingredients: 86g dark chocolate, 80g butter, 30g low-gluten flour. Accessories: 12g fine sugar, 50g eggs, 3.6g pure coffee powder, 1/8 tsp vanilla essence, 1/8 tsp rum, 1g salt, 25g boiling water

Pour boiling water into the pure coffee powder, stir well, and set aside
