Chicken Steak Grill
Overview
I bought a simple Grill machine. After degreasing and cleaning the machine, I made two chicken breasts to test the machine.

Steps
-
Score diamond-shaped cuts on the surface of the chicken to allow the meat to absorb the flavor;
-
Put the chicken in a plate, add 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 tbsp brandy (or cooking wine), spread it evenly with your hands, and let it sit for about 30 minutes. If you are not in a hurry to eat, it is best to marinate it in the refrigerator overnight;
-
Pick the green beans into segments and blanch them in oil and salt;
-
Cut the mushrooms in half and fry them in a pan;
-
Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, stir well, and fry until the mushrooms are just cooked;
-
Place the meat on the preheated baking sheet and cover it for a while;
-
Turn the meat over, turn 30-45°, cover the meat with the lid for a while, lift the lid, use a knife to make a small cut to see if the meat is cooked through. If there is no bleeding and the water turns white, it means it is cooked. If it is not cooked, bake it for a longer time until the meat is cooked. Remove the cooked meat and place it on the plate where it will be served;
-
Mix 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of corn starch, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and half a bowl of water. Pour it into the pot and cook until it bubbles. Stir while it is cooking;
-
Turn off the heat, pour in the mushrooms and green beans, stir a few times, place the mushrooms and green beans next to the chicken steak in two portions, and pour the bowl of juice evenly on the surface.
