Fried pork with green pepper
Overview
The farm-style stir-fried pork at Hunan Cuisine Restaurant is a very classic dish. The difference between farm-style stir-fried pork and ordinary stir-fried pork is that the meat is pork belly and the pepper is Hunan pepper. My bowl of stir-fried pork is made of special grade pork belly, mostly lean meat, and the chili is stir-fried with a mixture of Hunan chili pepper and local chili pepper, so this dish is a modified version of farmhouse stir-fried pork according to my ideas (*^__^*)
