Steps
-
Shred the green beans, wash and cut into dices of about 0.5cm;
-
Cut the pork into cubes, about the same size as diced beans. Add a little dry starch and spread it evenly with your hands;
-
Heat oil in a pan, add diced pork to 70% heat, stir-fry until meat turns white, add green onions and peppercorns and saute until fragrant;
-
Pour in diced beans, stir-fry, then add light soy sauce and salt, stir-fry evenly;
-
Add half a bowl of water without covering the beans, stir-fry a few times, cover the pot, and cook over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, until the beans turn green and are almost cooked;
-
Add rice, cover the beans evenly, cover the pot, and cook over medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes;
-
Use a shovel to help and look at the bottom of the pot. The soup is basically gone. Use the shovel to mix the rice and beans evenly. If there is a lot of soup, you can reduce the soup over high heat first and then mix again;
