Salt grilled eel
Overview
Eel is really delicious no matter how you grill it. Marinate it with a little cooking wine, salt, and pepper, and it's healthy and satisfying.

Wash the eel and put it on a plate, add rice wine, salt and black pepper and marinate for about 15 minutes.

Place the marinated eels on kitchen paper to drain.

Place the eel on the grill, skin side down, with a baking sheet wrapped in foil underneath.

Preheat the oven to 100 degrees and bake the front and back for about 5 minutes each.

Adjust the oven to 200 degrees and bake the front and back sides for 10 minutes each.

Finally, turn the fish skin side down and test for another 5 minutes.
