First, let the store use a meat grinder to grind the fresh beef into minced meat at the vegetable market. Add minced garlic, minced ginger, cooking wine and dark soy sauce into the minced beef.

The white sesame seeds and peeled peanuts required are also sold in vegetable markets and supermarkets.

After the oil pan is heated, pour in the salad oil.

Turn to medium heat, pour the marinated minced beef into the pot and start frying. Be careful to keep turning with a shovel.

Fry for about ten minutes and the oil will start to bubble a little. Continue to fry over medium heat. You still need to stir with the shovel.

After frying for about half an hour, the meat cubes will begin to shrink, but you still need to be patient and continue to stir-fry. Don't rush to the next step. Whether this step is done well is the key to the success of the beef peanut sauce. You must fry all the water vapor in the beef cubes.

You can probably see that the minced garlic and ginger have turned into a deep golden color and are floating on the oil surface, and when you pick up a small amount of beef with chopsticks, you will find that it has changed from soft to crispy. The color of the minced beef has also become much darker, which means that it is done. If it is not in the above state, you need to continue to stir-fry.
