Braised pork ribs
Overview
It's really cold today. The north wind is blowing outside. It feels like it's the end of the world. It's such a cold day and I don't want to do anything, especially cooking. I have to wash my hands. My hands are really pathetic. But I still want to eat, especially the stew. My favorite is the braised pork ribs soaked in dried tofu and oil. So it was stewed. I put two carrots in the refrigerator for a week and put them down. I also put a few mushrooms in there if I like them. So it became a mess. It's simple, nutritious, tastes good, and makes you feel comfortable eating it.
