Winged ginseng
Overview
There are many ways to make chicken wings. You can change the method without adding oil and still get the same delicious taste. The sea cucumber absorbs the umami flavor of the chicken juice. When you take a bite, it is full of delicious flavor and rich in nutrients. Sea cucumbers are a typical high-protein, low-fat, and low-cholesterol food because they contain very low cholesterol. Because the meat is tender and easy to digest, it is very suitable for the elderly, children, and those with weak constitutions.
